Turn Around Time (TAT)

  • Current TAT is 1 to 10 business days for ALL orders. 
  • Business days are identified as Monday to Friday and do not include weekends, holidays or any other day marked as a "non-business day" on our monthly calendar.
  • Our monthly calendar can be found on the bottom of our home page and in our FB group. 

Refunds/Exchanges/Cancellations Policy

  • We ask that you please carefully look over your cart before checking out. Once an order has been submitted, NO CHANGES CAN BE MADE AND WE DO NOT ALLOW CANCELLATIONS
  • The Weathered Willow Co does NOT offer refunds or exchanges.
  • All sales are final once order is placed!

Shipping Policy

  • PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT when ordering. 

  • If a packaged is refused from the carrier and sent back to us, we will refund your order total MINUS the shipping charges and a 25% restocking fee once the package is in our possession. Order will then need to be placed again if you still wish to have the items.
  • We DO NOT guarantee shipment/transit times. Please understand that once an order is sent, it is out of our hands, and anything concerning your package should be followed up with the shipping carrier.

  • Your selected shipping method DOES NOT REFLECT on our TAT. That is simply the type of mail service you will have once we process and ship out your order. 

  • Shipping Times: Shipping times are determined by the shipping carrier. Packages that are filled and ready to ship, are usually dropped off the same day unless unforeseen delays occur. Please keep in mind we have no control over the amount of time it takes for our packages to arrive to you, once left with the carrier.

IMPORTANT ROUTE PACKAGE PROTECTION INFO PLEASE READ

  • For optimal package protection/insurance for the FULL AMOUNT of your order, please keep "Route" protection ADDED at checkout. It is automatically applied at checkout but can be deselected optionally by the buyer. This covers the cost of lost, damaged or stolen items. . https://route.com/

IMPORTANT: Please note that if Route Package Protection is deselected, The Weathered Willow Co NOT responsible or liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Claims with no protection with their order will need to be directed to the shipping carrier. 
If you file a claim under "stolen" or "damaged", you MUST file within 14 days of delivery! Route WILL NOT honor the claim and neither will The Weathered Willow Co.

General Order Questions

1. What is the status of my order?

We do our very best to keep customers informed on our current processing times. This information can be found at the top of our home page, on our calendar on the bottom of our homepage and in our FB group and is agreed to upon checkout. Please keep in mind that TAT DOES NOT INCLUDE shipping time.

Once your order has been placed, we will begin fulfilling it as soon as possible. Once the order has been fulfilled (processed), you should receive tracking information via e-mail to the address on file.

2. I received the wrong item(s) or am missing item(s), what do I do?
We want to apologize in advance for any mishaps on our part! If you receive your order with missing or incorrect items, please email us immediately (must within 48 hours of delivery) at theweatheredwillowco1@gmail.com.
In the email, please include the following information:
  • Order Number
  • Item Missing/Incorrect Item Given
  • Picture of your packaging and all items received. 
We will review the information emailed to us and respond with a solution as soon as possible.
